In theory yes, but the hardware compatibility item is very important. Since all roms run in VT, we might assume that they are compatible. the exception is the lack of modem in the EU machines.
I thinking to send James an EEPROM with the other EU ROM that is compatible with REX. But, I want to do some testing here to confirm it. I would prefer to have the target hardware in front of me though.. Otherwise I am just guessing.
