You could get a new EPROM burned and just drop it in to replace the one that's
in there now. Plus fix theY2K issue at the same time.
buyicnow.com is a really inexpensive way to go. I had two 32k EPROMS made for
my T200. It took about a week to get them but they were programmed with the
image I sent and worked perfectly.

Since all roms run in VT, we might assume that they are compatible. the
exception is the lack of modem in the EU machines.
I thinking to send James an EEPROM with the other EU ROM that is compatible
with REX. But, I want to do some testing here to confirm it.
I would prefer to have the target hardware in front of me though.. Otherwise I
am just guessing.
