Thanks for the response! I've been hacking code for a Teletek SysteMaster CP/M machine. It's a z80 so it'll run 8080 code. Most CP/M machines may have been z80 but it was built on 8080. Most 8080 or 8085 machines ran CP/M.
There's a LOT of 8080 code for CP/M.
