I hate to say this... I figured let me see the images stored on the wiki
work any better then the ones I have my SD card. It appears they do.

I load up IntSol now, and when I shut the M102 off... it doesn't clear the
ram. Rex manger stays in place.It appears the whole problem boils down to a
bad image.

I'm a bit embarrassed that the problem was so... simple.  I'm sorry I
wasted your time on this. That is interesting about the printer cable
supplying enough power.
