[M100] QUAD for T102

I've started a project to build a version of QUAD for T102.  I think I have
a good solution for "encasing" the electronics that avoids the need for
plastic.  It will just plug into the back at the system bus.  Should be
fun, and a useful update to keep T102 "on par" with M100.
