Reference was recently made to my NIST and TZONE programs, for setting the time and adjusting the time zone respectively. A link was provided to the 2010 contest page, but I have improved on both programs since then and I kind of don't like the old versions. I tried to post a comment with a link to my the new versions on my member upload page, but it does not seem to work?
