If you don't have TS-DOS on ROM or REX, the easiest thing is bootstrap
in TEENY or TS-DOS RAM.

Then use LaddieAlpha, mComm or DLPlus.

Of course you can format the .CO into a BASIC loader, but that's
pretty inefficient.
