The seller is on Amazon called "MyVolts."
I imagine we could buy a box of them if there's interest. My contact said they
intend to make the product available on Amazon US but no indication of when
that's going to happen.
That said the cable is already easily available via Amazon UK for any UK
members. MyVolts sells several cables in the U.S. but on the U.S. site they
label them as being for specific devices and don't give the actual
specifications. So it might be available on the U.S. site, I just can't be sure
which cable is which!
Maybe if some other members ask in the comments on the Amazon UK site they'll
get on top of it and add the cable for U.S.
