Do the files BOOT and TSLOAD.CO still exists for the 100/200/8201?

I've been making some modifications to mComm and I wanted to ask about
TSLOAD. Back in the day there was a way to load TSDOS by sending a
command to the TPDD and running what I assume is some BASIC code called
BOOT. That in turn loads TSLOAD.CO.
