I will upload the APK file either tonight or tomorrow morning. I will put it in 
the members file area under my name. You will need one of the many APK 
installer programs from the Google Play store. I'll post instructions when I 
upload it.

I just tested it on a Nexus 7 tablet. It worked fine but I need to adjust the 
labels because on the larger screen they are getting cut off. It works great on 
my Moto-X phone.
