the delays from Bluetooth connections wreak havoc on the L_CFG_BAUD

that routine and forcing TS-DOS to 19200 by returning to the calling
code, TS-DOS is much happier. I'm still working on it but so far I'm
getting much better speed from my Bluetooth connection.
