It seems I need to get myself a null modem cable. I would be delighted to be able to transfer ASCII or text files to and from my beloved m100. Bigger stuff later perhaps, but I write a lot and also love doing basic programs on my Tandy. And speed don't matter to me. Now all I have to do next is figure out how to use REX which is just too cool When I worked in slots too many years ago we used the m100 to program our progressive machines. We initially had to load the program from tape drive & then eventually a prom was developed and burned which was sooooo much faster. Mikohn gaming made the system and it would send/receive jackpot amounts and parameters and also send text messages for the display is anyone familiar with this system? Worked great
I am a diehard m100 fan if you haven't noticed. I love this group, too regardless that I also read the new facebook page Thanks you all for being there Craig Sent from my iPhone On May 10, 2016, at 2:07 PM, James Zeun <[email protected]> wrote: > Mcomm might be a good alternative, it comes in to flavours, windows and > android. > > > Option > > A.
