My two 102s are ser nos 705300125 and 704300017. My 100 is 305100966.

I've no idea what market mine were meant for except that I got all 3
units from ebay in the UK.

I agree about M18, that's why I'm confused about where this corrosion
came from. There was a battery leak from the 4 x AA housing but that
didn't affect the M18 area. I've posted some photos on the Facebook
group for those that frequent it. I had to remove C17,18 and 19 which
damaged some of the pads. No big deal, I'll work around that with some
delicate wiring.

I've just finished testing continuity from each "pin hole" for M18 (by
comparing to my other 102) and surprisingly all the tracks have survived
:) I'm going to fit a socket and re-test tomorrow.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try to provide more information on the
component numbers and layout to see what the differences are.
