Not really that complex; the required changes are now known, so all that's
needed is to replace the original ROM with a patched EPROM (and move the keys
around).

If someone here has a QWERTY M10 it'd be even easier; they could dump the ROM
and then you could just replace the ROM with a copy of the entire QWERTY ROM.

That reminds me: at one time we were collecting all the ROM images we could
find; whatever happened to those?

So doable but complex. Thanks for the info!

I think I'll stick to looking for a QWERTY model then.

  Any leads?

  (Thanks all)

Bunnie has a post about converting the keyboard layout on a M102 - probably
the Olivetti would be similar.

Hi All! I'm looking to purchase an Olivetti m10. Ideally, one with a
QWERTY layout.

Please email me if you have one available.

I would gladly consider an AZERTY model, if there is a way to trick the
system in to using the QWERTY keymap. (Perhaps by using a REX or similar?)

At any rate, please contact me if you have an Olivetti M10 available for
sale.

      Thanks,
