I tested the power and ground earlier, yeah. I also tested the CE and found
that it was continuous to the mux but never went low. I decided the LSI
(RAM) was more likely to fail than the mux but apparently I was wrong. Next
step is to reflow the mux I guess, just to be sure it's connected properly.
Hopefully I can get to my dad's hot air station some time this week or next.
