hard to know. we have no schematic for 8300, not that I have seen. with some time and effort one could probe the pins to see what is going on. The out163,2 command is interesting. I suppose the biggest the rom could be in that pinout is 64kB? IE 27C512? Must be 64kB, with the out 163,2 command setting an A15 pin to high or low.
