I hardly ever see any with the disk. I paid $50 for one in good clean shape, with it's original box, and the special serial cable, but no manual and no disk, and the box was a bit roughed up from handling.
This still leaves the matter of the belt inside though. It IS goo inside there. By now it's not a maybe, it just is. A new belt is readily available from various on-line sellers for under $10 usd. And it's not TOO hard to install. Google or ebay search "FRW-8.5 belt" for the belt. You want to have some alcohol and qtips to clean up the tar that the old belt has turned into.
