SmallC-85 claims to have struct, but I haven't investigated yet.
Assuming it leaves things in order and doesn't do silly things like
padding, it will be very useful.

Well, the compiler that exists now is better than the perfect one that
doesn't exist. I have various CP/M compilers that could target the
Model 100 if they had a runtime library. Trust me, you wouldn't be much
happier with C/80...
