The consensus of the listmembers was to keep emails to 64K total. It's a
configurable limit. I ask every once in a while to see if folks still want
to maintain the limit. Some members are in areas where there is no
broadband access.

You can send pictures to the list in the following ways:

a) Use ImageMagick or some other tool to reduce the size. JPG vs. GIF
helps, but also resolution is controllable
b) Host your picture somewhere else, like the bitchin100 wiki and then link
to it
c) Share a link to a file service like Google Drive. I know when attach a
photo in Google Drive I see a preview of it, at least in Gmail.

You can certainly post to Facebook instead (or in addition to), but many
list members are not on Facebook.
