Displaying M10x video on a big screen is no problem if you don't mind giving up the RS-232 port; there are lots of display/terminal modules out there and it's trivial to redirect the LCD text (no graphics of course). Shouldn't be a big deal to hook into the system bus; I think it's been discussed but never got very far...
I've used a Bluetooth link to an old laptop; neat to lie on the couch playing, programming or puzzle-solving on the big screen across the room. But what would really be nice is having the 24 x 80 display mode; the DVI's BASIC extension does this and I tried to figure out where and how it's done but never did get very far. m ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stephen Adolph" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, June 23, 2017 11:15 AM Subject: Re: [M100] NEC 8201A + NEC 8231A + NEC 8241A=WOW > the CRT adapter is a very interesting device. would love to have one.. > > On Fri, Jun 23, 2017 at 10:58 AM, Geoffrey Oltmans <[email protected]> wrote: >> I used to have one of each when I had a PC-8201a.
