Thanks for the info and reminder of "gopher" sites. I remember them fondly from the time between Compusere and the full fledged WWW.
If I can figure it out, I hope to set up a gopher server either on my R Pi or one of my servers on the network. Jeff PS. I need to dust off my two functional M100s. I am sure they both need their backup batteries replaced before they compromise the motherboards.
