Yes it has been done after a fresh cold start. As I mentioned, I've tried two TS-DOS versions, 4.00 and 4.10. The platform is NEC.
I tried both the tagged batch operation as well as one file at a time, both staying inside of TS-DOS as well as exiting & re-entering. I'm pulling my hair out....
