Thanks - I remember you mentioning this before. I didn't build mine this way
because I don't find I have trouble hitting the correct end of R3 the way I'm
doing it. FYI this wasn't the cause of the CPLD problems I was having because
iMPACT was reporting multiple devices and other erratic behaviour when doing a
boundary scan long before I tried touching R3 for the first time on that
particular REX.
