[M100] BASIC renumber utility *for modern computers*

All,

I'm hacking on some M100 BASIC games (alien.ba to be specific) and I
wondered if anybody knew of a good renumber utility that runs on a
modern PC. I'm about to dive in an write one in perl, but I thought
I'd ask here first.
