Well, the NMEA serial GPS protocol runs at 4800 bps so I think the
M100 might be able to handle reading the data. The words come in every
second, and they are fairly long, so flow control might be needed and
I'm not sure if GPD devices support flow control generally or not.

I'm not sure what you would actually *DO* with the data once you got
it read in. You could format it for display, I suppose.
