I might have a good DigiKey cart to build one Marty Goodman cable now. I
just ordered one, so I'll know if this is actually a good kit when I get it.
IE, do the pins actually work in the 8-pin housing, is the polarity bump on
the 8-pin housing big enough or small enough, is that 6mm id insulation
tubing big enough to cover the diode & resistor next to one of those wires
, etc. Until then, this is just proposed. For starters, I figured it's best
to just follow Marty's specs excatly and only deviate from there after
testing, by which I mean measuring not just using.
