Brian, that DVI Wiki is awesome, thank you. I've ordered some gender-changer male pin headers, so next weekend I should have a working 102 setup.
On a side note, LCD on the 100 that came with the DVI has started flickering and dimming, but the computer itself has also started crashing, after using for a bit. I think I'll go through all the caps and replace them, and clean the LCD connectors.
