I think Mike Nugent's is the most complete. Ken Pettit has a (semi-?)complete commented ROM disassembly for when the only way to answer what the ROM is doing is to actually trace through it... I believe those are both available in Club 100's "personal uploads" section. BTW what assembler are you planning to use?
