Note that this is true of EVERY computer from this era. Rubber parts and batteries will kill your computers. This is my 1989 Tandy 1100FD drive that I picked up at VCFSE the weekend: https://twitter.com/48kRAM/status/989113785184083968 I put about 30 mins into cleaning that pulley and it's still not pristine. :( -Josh
