Inject TS-DOS via mComm

http://www.club100.org/memfiles/index.php?direction=1&order=mod&directory=Kurt%20McCullum

This involves

 * start BASIC
 * RUN "COM:98N1E"
 * Start sending TS-DOS from mComm
 * Follow on-screen instructions

You now have TS-DOS.BA in the menu.

 * Start TS-DOS.BA from menu
 * Enter "Disk" screen in TS-DOS
 * Load .CO programs from mComm's configured TPDD folder
