That one seems nice, albeit without the vinyl carrying case or power adapter. Price seems fair, and it’s got 32KB RAM as well as the mystery ROM - extra nice if it were the SuperROM, assuming keyboard works well.
A few people have commented on the apparent rise of prices for vintage computing equipment. Perhaps demand really has gone up and people realize that these machines are becoming increasingly rare in good working order, but some prices do seem exorbitant. Of course, a high-priced sale sets a new bar, but it seems like prices revert on average to more reasonable levels, thankfully. For example, I love my Tandy / Radio Shack machines and NEC, but I also like others, and I felt particularly lucky to have found an upgraded and perfectly working early Macintosh SE recently for about $75, when so many non-working, untested, or questionable ones are being marketed for much more... Every now and then a similar thing happens with our beloved Mxxx’s, and someone gets a good deal. :) Best wishes, Anthony On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, Greg Swallow <[email protected]> wrote: > Here's another M100 on eBay.
