Yes, it will absolutely run Desklink. In fact I used my HP LX200
running Desklink back in 2006/2007 era when I was reverse engineering
the directory management extensions to the TPDD protocol. Actually
still have my 200LX and serial cable (plus a 100LX). If I had an extra
cable, I would offer it up, but alas I do not.
