Well no sooner had I sent that email when bank 2 started working again.
I am suspecting it had to do with the battery test I was doing. I ran
the battery all the way down. I guess that's a warning to me not to do
too many things at once.Looks like it just needed a bit of a charge internally 
before it started
working again. Weird but at least it's back up and running.
