Thanks to all for the info and helpful tips. Last work on the T200 for now, 4PPM clock crystal and 15F Supercap NiCad swap. So far I've not experienced the power on/stuck issue that was reported with the T200 supercap mod, and that was with it powered on all night with a supercap voltage reaching a max of 5.2v. (Powered on brings the highest charge voltage for me)
Overall I'm pretty happy, no plans for the T102 aside from 3D printing a new emblem, as for the T200, I'd like to try some BBS work with that.
