You can transfer files to your m100 using a serial terminal program, a usb to serial adapter, and a null modem cable.
Once the file is on your m100 you can save it to floppy if you like. If you have a floppy driver or rom loaded already you can use that to load files over the serial cable via laddiealpha or mcomm or dlplus. -- John.
