James, I don't know what release you have currently, but in any case yes
you can update.  See the wiki at bitchin100.
Generally-
- bug fixes
- support for multi-bank operation in T200 and NEC
- Y2K

Updates are a full wipe and rebuild so backup any ram images to TPDD and
reload after upgrade.
