I'm pretty sure the 3 banks on the T200 are completely separate. Yes -
you would need your DOS (teeny, floppy, ts-dos) installed in each
bank.

To your current situation, I'm assuming this is BASIC code, yes? Your
best bet is probably to upload it via serial port to some host
computer. In BASIC, load your program and then type:

save "com:98n1enn,a

while capturing the serial port output at the other computer. This
should dump the BASIC source for your program as text.
