Hardware wise, the M10 and the M100 are very similar. The option ROM socket is a standard socket, with standard wiring, not the strange M100 Molex style.
I have a REX design that works in a standard socket. However, I don't think there are many option roms available for M10 at all, are there? I was thinking then that a way to introduce option roms to M10, would be to make a main ROM variant that used the M10 character set but was essentially the same as the M100 ROM. Use of such a custom main ROM would allow compatibility with all M100 option roms. Anyone have any interest in this? I'm tempted to do this just for myself since I have an M10 and I really love the form factor. It is a really nice machine. cheers Steve
