I'm sure Kurt sets the port speed in his code.

You would need him to give you a way to change the baud rate.

Or, just use a terminal program (hyperterm, realterm, etc)  to transfer the
TEENY.DO, that's all that Mcomm is doing. You need to turn on hardware
handshaking, and turn the port speed way down.

Do you have TEENY.DO as a stand-alone file?
