I picked up a pre-paid refurbished Samsung phone for about $30.00 from Walmart. I just checked online to make sure that it supported OTG which is required and that is now my portable "Nadsbox" clone for a LOT less money. All of the (in my case NEC PC8201A/PC8300) files easily fit on the 16GB micro SD card I use. -Winston

My name is Tim Woodland and I am a proud owner of a Model 102 that I recently received from a friend. In the mid eighties I owned a M100. I carried it with me wherever I went and used it constantly uploading information to my BBS that I ran at the time. I am looking forward to using it again and catching up with any upgrades and modifications that can be made to improve the connectivity and functionality. I have just ordered an 8Kx8 RAM module and a REX option ROM from Arcadeshopper.com and am looking forward to installing and using them. I have also been reading up and downloading the many resources available at Club100.org. I am glad to see that it is still around and being supported. I understand that the NADSBox is not available anymore, and have been researching alternatives. I have found some projects that have added microSD file storage, but so far, have not found any that have been packaged for sale or any that I feel confident enough to attempt. Thank you to the people that provide and manage this community and to all who participate and contribute. I recommend using mcomm on an android device such as the android tv boxes I sell pre-configured with all the cables needed. Also there is mcomm for windows, laddiealpha for dos/linux/mac and others..if you need something portable a cell phone with android will work as well with an OTG cable and the same cable setups for the rs232 and null modem.
