I put together such a list a while ago with a color coded map for the M100 and M200. The link is in the description of the videos below.

I am currently endeavoring to replace the caps in my small stable of M100s, and in the process I would make a bill of materials on DigiKey, so that I (or anyone) can just order a complete cap kit and get everything that they need. That said, my knowledge of electronics is relatively novice - in that I'm competent enough to use a multimeter and solder/desolder solid state components -- so when I search up the proper capacitors on DigiKey, I get overwhelmed by the vast number of different capacitor types that are available (ceramic, aluminum, film, tantalum, niobium oxide, nickel plutonium, etc.). Can someone give me some pointers on which types of capacitors would be suitable for the M100? For reference, this is the list I'm using to compile a complete BoM: http://www.megarat.com/tmp/TRS-80_Model_100_Cap_order_list.pdf Thanks, CAM
