CloudT without the cloud? Well it should work. It doesn't depend on any backend services.
But it's already packaged as an app and should run offline. It is designed to be cached by the browser regardless of where you load it from. Try turning off your WiFi it should still work. Also it can be saved as an "app" to home screen. For standalone desktop operation VirtualT has more features and runs faster. -- John.
