I know the M100 is a perfect little machine, but have you considered an AlphaSmart device? They're plentiful and cheap on eBay - lots available on "Buy it now" that would probably get to you just as fast an anyone from this list. I don't, presently, have any (M100s) that I'm ready to sell.
