Has anyone by chance used the serial port (on a real serial device) in
VirtualT successfully?

Is it generally considered a working feature or a feature that exists but
may or may not be 100% or no one really knows because no one really uses it?

I can't replicate the tpdd bootstrap procedure which works with a real
100/200. It gets a few hundred bytes in and then DS? error.

But it also gives the same DS? error loading or running the same file.do
right from ram, installed by using the option to load a file from the host
filesystem, and that shouldn't have anything to do with the virtual serial
port.

Yet the file is also the same file which is successfully loaded and run by
a real machine, so the file itself must be ok.

I tried different cpu emulation speeds.
