Hello, Sorry, I meant to say that it doesn't hardware handshake. It can't, with only tx, rx, and gnd. No rts, cts, dsr, dtr, and whatever all those others are....
But it does work and I (personally) thought it was neater with fewer cables and it didn't tie up the usb ports on the pi. I even had one setup on the pi where the default console went to the M100 when the pi started up, and made changes to /etc/inittab. But that wasn't running systemd which I have avoided.....
