Yes it is. The ROM version is in the SARDINE and SARDOS ROMs but the Ultimate ROM-II has a way to load the ram version. The M100 and T200 versions have been found but not the NEC. I throw the question out every 6 months to a year just in case it turns up. Been asking for years though so my hopes are not high that it will turn up.
