Not sure if the original poster is still on the list - this was two and a half
years ago.
Really hoping someone (Bob, or anybody else) has dumped the Paladin MC-1 ROM.
I bought one of these measuring systems seemingly complete but was duped into
thinking it came with a ROM (I asked the seller for a photo of inside the ROM
compartment and all he said 'there is one empty socket' - from the screen
photos I assumed it was a 24k unit and the empty socket was for RAM, but it
turns out the files in the machine were rather large). Of course the buyer
said 'I don't know how to test this' and my own optimism played a significant
role in the outcome. :(
In any case, I've got an (overpriced) T102 for my collection now, but I'd
really like to give the Paladin measuring system a whirl. A ROM dump I could
put into a REX would be ever-so-helpful.
