But have any of you seen a slim DB-25 male/male gender changer like the above, but one that keeps the "D" orientation the same on both sides?  I'd rather my WiModem232's OLED display not be facing downward to the desk when attached, and instead be visible.

I do have a long-style (2 inches?) gender changer that does keep the orientation the same but I was hoping to be able to find a slim one like the above.

I doubt you will, because that's the only way to make them thin:

Then, all you need to do on the PCB is slide the traces from to to bottom and vice versa.
