sides? I'd rather my WiModem232's OLED display not be facing downward
to the desk when attached, and instead be visible.
I do have a long-style (2 inches?) gender changer that does keep the
orientation the same but I was hoping to be able to find a slim one
like the above.

I doubt you will, because that's the only way to make them thin:

Then, all you need to do on the PCB is slide the traces from to to
bottom and vice versa.
