it is a message telling you that the system software hooks changed.  This
is just informative; Option ROMs often install their own hooks to do
certain things, like removal of their software when the ROM is "removed".

I think this sequence of events can cause the hooks to change, and display
the message.
1) load up and run R2C100.
2) switch to TS-DOS
