Thank you Tom, but I work in graphic mode, so I need to know if a pixel is
on or off. I found a snippet in a book that uses the escape characters to
turn on and off the cursor position, and it works very well, the only
problem is that in a game like snake you see the cursor pixel flashing
around the moving snake's head, and it's quite annoying.
